Scent: Pure fresh aroma of citrus, almond, bread and a pleasing tone of birch sap, as well as pleasant nuanced ripe apples and grapefruit scent.

Flavor: A pure taste of citrus, sourdough bread and nuts. Tinted tones of mushrooms, such as the forest mushroom's, almond scent, as well as many herbs. Long, slightly nutty and balanced aftertaste of forest and ripe apples.

A vitamin rich sap


Birch sap has been harvested since ancient times in our arctic areas and used as an important nutritional supplement during the spring and spring when the lack of vitamin-rich products was severe in this region. The birch soaks crystal clear water from Storsjön's mineral rich soil when the frozen ground melts in the spring. The tree transforms the water into a sap, which can be harvested, which can then be drunk.
